Durlston is a great place for kids and families to ‘go wild’, with lots to do throughout the year...
Durlston Castle features colourful interactive displays, live wildlife cameras, a fossil room, and family friendly exhibitions, along with a well stocked shop, with pocket money souvenirs and snacks, drinks and baby changing facilities.
Outside, there are more than 320 acres of countryside to enjoy, bursting with exciting wildlife. Four waymarked trails help you get the most out of your visit, much of which are suitable for buggies, especially if they are the larger wheeled all terrain style buggies. There are also a few tarmac paths and a road down to Anvil Point Lighthouse which is perfect for those buggies with smaller wheels.
